Hi, I’m Chef Kari Kramer and I love food! But who doesn’t right. I have been working in the culinary industry for the past 5 years. My background is french training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, but I like to cook a variety of cuisines. I have worked in various restaurants in the south, as well as a Michelin star restaurant in Switzerland.
Local, seasonal cooking is my passion. I enjoy seeking out great local artisans, farmers, and producers. My main goal is to create meals that are both healthy and delicious.
