About DC Personal Chef

I love food! But who doesn't right. I have been working in the culinary industry on and off for the past 5 years. My background is french training from Le Cordon Bleu, but I like to cook a variety of cuisines. Local, seasonal cooking is my passion. I enjoy seeking out great local artisans, farmers, and producers of anything and everything.

Bleu Harvest is currently NOT accepting new customers.  I have left on a grand adventure to serve in the Peace Corps in Zambia!
